Silent Hike Cedar Glen Camp Trail

I decided to do “Silent Hike” on my youtube channel. The reason and the goal I’m making this video to show everyone that since you live here, life is too short if you just stay at home and avoiding the COVID can be done by doing the walk, hike, or even camp outside without the need to go to crowd place. My advice will always go like this, be safe, wear a safety mask, and put a distance between you and other people when you interact with anyone.

This is Camp Glen Trail located in Mt. Baldy next to Ice Canyon trail entrance. You can find this trail through alltrails.com. This is a great site provide all the detail such as weather, map, direction, the elevation of the trail that you’re trying to obtain.

The first entrance from the parking lot to the entrance of the trail of Cedar Glen Camp Trail is a bit rough, the path is uneven. I can notice the elevation gained pretty quick from the parking lot to the entrance. The beginning was not that bad, even the path is not even but you will be able to enjoy the view there cause most parts of the path will be covered by the big tree and running downhill water on the side of the path walk.

I’m just glad the trail is done by Saturday since I heard the next day the ranger close down the trail due to the overheat weather and many news spread out too that a hiker died due to excessive heat in Santa Monica trail. I was about to go there to hike but noticed that there will be a lot of people with the family or their dogs on the trail and there not much shade or spot to protect you when you need to rest.

Enough with the talk and enjoy the video!
